I’ve been dragging my feet for a while now getting this blog up and running. But it wasn’t total procrastination—I promise. Between writing stories, wrapping up some long-overdue projects, and getting everything squared away to legally guide again, I’ve had my hands full.
The good news? It’s all done. I’m officially back—fully licensed, writing regularly (for now), and ready to dive into the blog.
This blog will be a mix of everything:
Fishing stories from the 10,000 Islands
How-to guides and tips from the water
Gear I like (and don’t)
Random thoughts when they pop into my head
Basically, it’ll be a reflection of what’s going on in my life—on the boat, in the backcountry, and behind the scenes at Lone Mangrove Charters.
I plan to post at least once a week. Maybe more. That depends on weather, fishing, family life, and whether I’ve got a story worth telling. I’m setting the bar low—but aiming high.
